Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our professionally trained staff is always here to train, exercise, and love your dog. Your dog is never left unattended or alone. We even have sleep supervisors overnight. Our lobby is open Monday through Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm. In the event you need an early drop off or a late pick up, please call during regular business hours to schedule (see applicable fees).

Applicable Fees

There is a $25 fee for all pick-ups after regular lobby hours - you may pick up as late as 6 PM. If you arrive after 6 PM - you will not be able to get your dog until the following day and will be charged an additional nights' stay. Additionally, there is a $25 fee for any drop-off or pick-up on a weekend. Although we are here 24 hours a day, our lobby is not open 24 hours for the safety and well-being of our overnight dogs and the staff that is caring for them.

Holiday Policy

All holiday bookings are a 3-night minimum. The holiday rate will only be charged to 3 nights, regardless of length of stay. Holiday policy and rates apply to the following: New Year's Eve & Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Winter Break, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day. Additionally, all clients will incur a $25 fee for any drop-off or pick-up on an allowed holiday. Holiday pick-up and drop-off is allowed only on the following: MLK Day, President's Day, Winter Break, Spring Break. Pick-up and drop-off is not available on other listed holidays.
